These terms and conditions apply to the TIS By Tor Ganda app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by PT. Tor Ganda (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, or creating derivative versions of the Application is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider may modify the Application or charge for services at any time. Any charges will be clearly communicated.
The Application stores and processes personal data to provide the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. Jailbreaking or rooting your device may compromise security and cause the Application to malfunction.
The Application uses third-party services with their own Terms and Conditions:
Some features require an internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function properly due to connectivity issues or data limitations.
You are responsible for any data charges incurred from using the Application, including roaming charges if used خارج your region.
You are responsible for ensuring your device remains charged. The Service Provider is not liable if the Application cannot be used due to battery issues.
While the Service Provider strives for accuracy, they rely on third parties and are not liable for any loss resulting from reliance on the Application.
The Application may be updated or discontinued at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Application.
The Service Provider may update these terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page.
